Transportation

Taicang is 50 km away from both Suzhou and Shanghai metropolises, and the driving times to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Pudong Airport are one and a half hours, respectively. Unfortunately, there is no railway station in Taicang now. But it is convenient to go Taicang by bus. There are buses every one hour between Shanghai and Taicang and every twenty minutes between Suzhou and Taicang.

Transportation from Shanghai to Taicang:

Shanghai bus station is at the Northern Square of Shanghai Railway station.

Transportation from Suzhou to Taicang:

All the three bus station, Suzhou Southern Bus Station, Suzhou Northern Bus Station and Suzhou Northern Square Station (at the Suzhou Railway Station), have buses from Suzhou to Taicang (See the following table).
