Welcome to MIKB

MIKB (Myocardial Infarction Knowledge Base) is an updated open-access database based on MIRKB (MI Risk Knowledge Base) that collected knowledge about MI to improve the efficiency of MI research. It provides a systematic perspective to better understand the occurrence and development of MI, and provides help for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of MI.

• MIRKB: A comprehensive database for collecting risk factors and risk models of MI
• MIGD: A genetic database for collecting MI-related genes from the various omics levels
• MIO: A knowledge representation framework for capturing the essential concepts, relationships, and properties relevant to the field of MI
• MIKG: A disease-specific knowledge graph for characterizing the relationships between entities in the knowledge field of MI
