1. MIRKB: 10,298 records collected from 4,811 articles in Pubmed; 2,250 single factors, 168 combined factors, and 250 risk models, and 38 MI subtypes. 2. MIGD: 5,507 records collected from 3,002 articles in PubMed; 1,826 omics factors, 1283 genes, 34 MI subtypes, 10,099 interactions between 480 MI-related genes and 4487 drugs, and 3,934 GO terms and 222 KEGG pathways. 3. MIO: It has ten main classes, including anatomical entity, clinical finding, drug, gene, influencing factor, pathogenesis, patients, procedure, and type of myocardial infarction. MIO currently contains 3087 classes, 14 object properties, 15 annotation properties, and 3494 individuals. 4. MIKG: It contains 21 entity types, 29 relationship types, 68,840 nodes and 240,158 relationships. |
