会议签证

Delegates from most countries will require a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. For visa details please visit the websites of the nearest Chinese Embassies or Consulates General (http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/wjb/zwjg/) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/3625/3628/).

Request for invitations letter for visa application purposes will be only processed AFTER we confirmed with our bank the receipt of the registration fee payment. Request for invitations letter must be sent to ictbi2014 ---AT--- imed-cn.org and contain in the subject line "Invoice No TC###### (your invoice no) - request ICTBI2014 invitation letter".

The body must contain the following information:

  • Full name (as in passport)
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Country you are going to obtain a visa
  • Correspondence address
  • Paper/poster submission no.
  • The address of the Embassy to apply visa

The invitation letter will be issued as scanned copy and sent as PDF attachment by email.
