***Each full participant is entitled to unlimited access to the scientific program and exhibition, conference material, refreshments, reception and banquet. Accompanying persons are entitled to the exhibition area, reception and banquet. Day registrants are entitled to the scientific program, exhibition on the registration date specified and abstract book.

Whoever wishing to pay by credit card, please send email to yan.wy@hotmail.com and incob2013@imed-cn.org with the exact particulars listed on the webform, ie. name, organisation, appointment, country, Student/Academic/Industry registration, amount payable, etc.

We will then issue you with a PayPal Invoice based on the amount payable, from which you can login to pay with your credit card. For Credit Cards from certain countries, there may be an internal limit. if the limit is exceeded, and your credit card payment cannot go through, please try experimentally paying in smaller fractional quantities that are below the limit, totaling the full sum, or email us to check.

For credit cards, we will be charging you an extra 4% due to PayPal charges.

Student Rates

To be eligible for the student rate, please provide us a copy of your student card with registration number via fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat after completing online-registration.

Membership Discount

While claiming the ISCB membership discount, please provide the Conference Secretariat your ISCB membership number and associated email address. Also, please note that you are required to bring evidence of your current ISCB membership when registering at the counter. If the membership is not current, the payment for the balance registration fees must be paid.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation can be notified in writing to Conference Secretary. Cancellation fee:
