Adiba Sultana


I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Statistics from the University of Rajshahi (2011–2016). I completed my PhD degree (2017–2022) from the Center for Systems Biology, Soochow University, China. I am currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore. My research interests are Single-cell RNA (scRNA) sequencing analysis, Immunology, Infectious diseases, Oncology, Big data analysis (Oxford nanopore DNA and RNA sequence as well as Illumina sequencing, NGS, Gene expression analysis, etc.),  Drug precision, and Bioinformatics.
