MIRKB (Myocardial Infarction Risk Knowledge Base) is a database that collected single factors, combined factors, and risk models which are article-supported to be associated with the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of MI in humans. The goal of MIRKB was to improve the efficiency of MI research.

Single factor

The single factors are classified into the following seven categories based on their characteristics: biochemical factor, imaging feature, physiological factor, clinical factor, environmental factor, lifestyle, and psychosocial factor.
