POCDKB: Post-Operative Cognitive Dysfunction Knowledge Base

POCDKB is the first manually curated database focusing on risk factors associated with post-operative cognitive dysfunction. The aim is to provide the most comprehensive advancement in POCD risk factor research, enabling effective information sharing and real-time interaction.

POCDKB covers and integrates risk factors for different types of POCD risk factors,and these risk factors are classified into the following twelve categories based on their characteristics:demoraphic factors，clinical characteristic factors，preoperative comorbidities，introperative factors，surgical factors ，anesthetic factors ，postoperative factors，living condition， biomarkers ,associated gens , medications and treatments ,general situation and mental state.

The POCDKB will accelerate the translation of risk factor discoveries into outcomes that are closer to clinical application, based on evidence-based data.
